Every pack starts on Standard — free, forever. You can ride, plan sorties, check in (even automatically at the rally point), chat with photos and voice notes, split expenses, raise an SOS that shares your location with the whole sortie, replay completed rides, manage your roster, and track mileage at no cost. Pack Pro adds the live War Room (PackTrack live map, rider roster, tail-end tracking, automatic impact detection), live auto-detected Hazard Radar, unlimited sorties & riders, and a public pack profile on packride.app — starting at $1.50/month or $15/year per pack. In the app, open your pack → tap the menu (⋮) → Edit Pack Details → toggle Public Pack on. Your pack will appear on packride.app/packs within minutes. Only the pack name, description, and basic stats (rider and sortie counts) are shown — no join codes or private links.

Hazards are detected two ways: automatically when your accelerometer registers a sharp impact (pothole, speed bump), or manually when you pin a location during a ride. Reports from multiple riders in the same area are clustered and grow in confidence. Hazards that are already confirmed when a sortie begins are loaded as riders check in, and riders get proximity alerts before they reach them. A hazard reported mid-ride is logged and, once confirmed, warns riders on future sorties — it is not pushed to the pack live.

KM Logged is calculated from completed sorties. Make sure your trips are marked as completed and that a distance is recorded on the trip. Ongoing or cancelled sorties are excluded from the total.

The directory only shows public packs with coordinates set within 500 km of your location. If no packs appear in geo mode, all public packs are shown as a fallback. Captains can contact us to update their pack's location coordinates.
