By accessing or using the Pack Ride application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of Pack Ride, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Use the application responsibly and in compliance with all local traffic laws and regulations.
• Not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Safety and Liability

Pack Ride is designed as a tactical command center for motorcycle groups. However:

• Motorcycling is inherently dangerous. You assume all risks associated with riding.
• The app's features, including navigation and live tracking, are for informational purposes only. Do not rely solely on the app for safety.
• Pack Ride Command is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage that may occur while using the application.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (e.g., photos, announcements). By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to operate the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Pack Ride at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
